What's more, our installers are required to become Kolbe Certified Installation Professionals (KCIP). As a prerequisite to attending the program, proof of at least 12 months' experience installing windows & doors in residential and/or light commercial applications is required.

InstallationMasters websiteKCIP training includes two days of the InstallationMasters™ curriculum, which was developed by the American Architectural Manufacturer's Association (AAMA) and is administered by accredited instructors. Another two days include intensive, hands-on training focused on the handling and installation of Kolbe windows & doors. Certification exams are required for each of the two training segments.

Lead Safe Certified FirmIn 2010, the EPA established lead safe regulations in the Renovation, Repair and Painting Final Rule. It mandates lead safe work procedures and certification for any business that renovates residential housing or child-occupied facilities that were built prior to 1978.

Kolbe Gallery Central Wisconsin and our team of installation professionals have completed the necessary registration, education and training, and are Certified Lead Safe Renovators by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Health Services.

As Certified Lead Safe Renovators, we are responsible for educating building owners and residents about lead safe practices prior to renovation. Learn more on the EPA website or the Wisconsin Department of Health Services website.
